I downloaded this new app to do with sleeping as my friends had told me they’d found it interesting and they know I’m a bad sleeper.
You punch in when you try to sleep and it tracks movement sound etc so you can see how much sleep you’re getting a night, and how much is beneficial as it’s probably deep sleep.
I now hate it.
I’ve just been made aware that I’ve had 4hrs 10mins sleep, of which probably only about 3 was actual sleep as I take a while to fall asleep and move etc.
I’m working 6am-12pm in London then 12:30pm-8:30pm back home.
Its going to hurt. And now I know far in advance.
